  • Designing and supporting the people management and development change required to deliver a Business Re-engineering and Implementation programme which utilised a SAP integrated business management system in a Global Automotive supplier
  • Development and implementation of a competence based pay structure across a multi-site manufacturing organisation
  • Development and implementation of a strategy and structure for a single HR Support Centre (transactional activities) primarily in the UK, which has also been used as a model and implemented in other countries by the Organisation
  • Development of leadership programmes for all first line management to improve people management capabilities and business performance, in service, commercial and manufacturing organisations.
  • Supported a number of public and private sector organisations in recruitment, selection and management development programmes through effective use of bespoke assessment centres, psychometric analysis and structured interview techniques.
